Most carriage ride places have the standard "white wedding carriage" and not much else. I've talked to all of them. A carpenter could not make a carriage like what we need "for cheap." I know of places that build them and sell parts. The axles and the springs alone cost hundreds without all the woodworking and wheelwright work. I have a couple of leads on carriages. The best is in Colorado Springs.
