Hi Katheryn, thanks for including me as a friend. Most of my work is small, character-driven stuff. And my writing has earned several awards in national contests but please know I have never sold a screenplay--but have been optioned twice. Both from LA producers. I have had two short stories published in serial chap book publications.

That being said, I was disappointed with last weeks gathering and to be honest I am not sure this is the right group for me. Good luck in Chicago. I grew up in Indiana (Fort Wayne) and have spent many weekends there. Love it.

That's sweet! How fun... we could use a make-up artist for the short run at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, cuz that's a real theater! The performances in Estes are in a small outdoor makeshift theater, and it's small enough, other than touch up - no make up needed. Very intimate setting, which is very cool. Seats about 90, but they'll be crammed! LOL
As far as upgrading... I have no idea... I just play around once in a while.
Chicago eh? You've been all over the place! When are you coming back?
I like your desire to return to Colorado... too bad they still aren't giving tax breaks for filming here. Ugh.

I'll be throwing a casting call together next weekend 11-4 in Aurora if that works for you let me know, if not let me know if there's a good time to meet with ya this week. I just need 15-20min to meet you, get a comedic or dramatic monologue, and jot down some info. Quick and easy. The film we're shooting is a 10-15min comedy about a teen-ish boy meeting his girlfriend's parents for the first time, only to discover they're over-the-top crazy and tries to survive dinner with them. Hello there, I know I messaged you before, but I’m giving this another try. I understand this might be a Hail Mary play, but I may be in desperation. I’m shooting a student film in less than two weeks and I need an attractive female actor who can look old enough to be a teenager’s younger mom, but most importantly is okay with being filmed scantily clad. The story is a hilarious comedy with a girl being embarrassed by her mother who is a nudist. Now we WILL NOT have any nudity in our film, and we have a system to avoid actual nudity on set as well, but we WILL require a few shots showing some skin (back and stomach and only as much as our actor is comfortable with), no more than a strapless bikini or backless bra, to imply nudity for the film. Though there is not going to be any real nudity on set, the more comfortable you are with the idea the easier the shoot will go, which is where my problem currently lies. If you’re interested and willing or have more questions please email, or call me asap! I only have a week and a half to arrange anything and I have the rest of my cast already hired and waiting for rehearsals, but I just need this one last person. We’re shooting on the 13th, 14th, and 15th of November, so right around the corner, so if you have any interest or know someone who would, I need to figure something out as soon as possible. I know this is a really specific character to try to cast, but I would hope someone out there would find this role entertaining, so I really hope to hear back from some of you. Thank you.
