Roommate wanted - Small house near Cherry Creek mall
I'm looking for a roommate to share a small, older 2-bedroom-1 bath house in Cherry Creek North (3rd and Adams).
$400/month plus 1/2 of the utilities. No lease, but a 6 month commitment would be very welcome.
Prefer a non-smoker.
Dog or cat okay. Back yard has a low fence. I have two cats.
It's a fixer-upper. My current roommate, the lease-holder, is moving out of state last weekend in July. She will be working with the owner to replace carpets and do other repairs. Cleaning crew scheduled to come in immediately after she moves out.
Let me know if you're interested and we'll arrange a visit.
I need to let them know as soon as possible so I don't have to start looking elsewhere.
