Hi there friends,

I wanted to take the time to welcome you to my blog and to point you to some valuable resources about my company DCH Films and Entertainment and about myself personally. Look the film industry is a tough cookie to crack, and I know that two heads are always better than one, so networking is a key factor in success with big projects or small ones. When I started pursuing this career, I had already been through some major changes in my life. I had been through war, job after job, a failed relationship, becoming a parent, and publishing my first book and screen play Call To War Part 1: The Threat To Freedom.

Needless to say I needed a change, and my creative juices were definitely flowing, so I used my GI bill and finished college! I went to film school, and worked to accomplish my dream which was right in front of my face all these years. Now I have been charging forward and trying to get ahead in this business.

I can tell you a story...when I was 4 years old I had a video camera in my hands, and I taped endless hours of creative footage and slapstick comedy to make most people's heads spin or make them think I was obsessed. Well they are right this is not a hobby...This is an obsession. Let's face it I have new ideas come to me every day, and I know you all do too. Let's try and work together and accomplish something great. Let's face it the film industry is running out of good solid ideas and we should work together to restore the art of film making so that it does not turn into something like what the music industry has become, cookie cutter! Sorry if I offended anyone, but this is just one film maker's opinion, and I think it is important to work hard on bringing quality not quantity back into the industry.
