Sharing my acting secret weapons that I've learned...

Hey All Casa Peeps!

So as of today, I officially consider myself a working actor (And, a paid actor); YAY! Over the past 3-4 months I've been trying to get at the heart of what makes successful actors tick. Well, I've stumbled upon a lot of good information that has worked for me. I've used these as my secret weapons during auditions, classes, and gigs to give them a good overall opinion and I gotta say, yes these are some of the tools at the HEART of what makes a successful actor… Continue

A New Web Series

Hello!

I'm slightly newer to this site than some, but I know a good thing when I see one. I want to get more in touch with the film community in Denver than I currently am. To help facilitate that, I'd like to show you all some of my work! I'm a writer, director, and actress (though I did not act in the web series that I'm providing a link to in a minute, except for a small cameo later on) and would love to get some feedback from other writer/directors!

It's slow EVERYWHERE! The face of the filmmaking is changing due to economic reasons. But Jo feels it 's starting to pick up again and will likely get back to normal soon.

Studio films are starting to use locals more often for some larger roles, but the "LA… Continue

Auditions Will Work if you do. :-)

Hello Casa folks. We have been having a great time this week with our short film camp . We wrapped our film Thur. and hung out with the campers and edited today. What a blast these kids were. Which brings me to my point. I want you all to think about something. How many people would hire a doctor who never went to medical school? How many of you would hire a lawyer who never went to law school. Architect? Accountant?
