Is true that you have to obtain residency in New Mexico to be able to book 95% of the gigs there?

Which may take a while like 6 months to a 1 year after you move there. I heard that is because of the incentives that they get there they have to give work only to actors who acquired residency. I…Continue

Should I pursue representation with a smaller agent or should I just go for the four big ones?
