Hey Tanya - I'm so happy you made it to our new home. So, what do you think?

Inspired by CASA? YES! That's we love to hear!!! This is an amazing community, isn't it? As a screenwriter, I think this site is going to be considerably more resourceful than our last site(s) on MSN Groups. This site actually allows us to have sub-groups - which we prefer to call "Corners." Darren Foster has started up his Corner called the Screenwriter's Corner. You can find it in the right hand table (below the chat) or by going to the Groups page by using the tabs above. Just click on the icon and you'll be taken to the corner where you can join. We also have a Screenwriting Discussion category in the Forum for discussions that the entire membership can contribute to. You'll find forum discussions for all facets of film making and I'm sure more specialized Corners will pop up as we continue to settle in. So have fun and please let me know if you have questions, comments or suggestions about this site. -- Cheryl

Yes... distraction is a slight understatement. I'm glad you're familiar with other NING sites. I have a little collection of related NING sites in the left-hand corner of the Main Page - Scroll waaay down. If you have any sites you'd like me to add please comment or message them to me. It's a great way for our members to get an idea of what's possible and/or find more industry connections (if they're related).

Hey Tanya, would you like to correspond and share some ideas for screenwriting. I'm hoping to get to that side of things one day. I mainly act but want to do some writing as well.

Sounds good. If you ever find that a production is looking for actors please let me know, maybe I'll be right for one of the roles. Thanks.

My film, VALENTINE'S DAY, will be screening at The Bug Theatre on Feb. 10, if that's of interest.

It was so great to receive your message. I would love that and yes 2 or three people on the set would be with me. I am the Director and writer and producer so far. I will add on others as the buzz gets out there. We will do 4 web episodes and a couple interviews to build up the hype. I will be in Europe from may 3-june 3 to generate some money for the film as well as visit family. So I will start full-production june 15 or so. I am looking for crew people so if you know anybody please, refer them to me. We are having audtions sunday the 15th so if you would like to meet me that same day around 3 before audtions I can do that and we can talk alot more. Thank you and as far as "Both sides now" goes we are on a no-budget now and that will change however, not yet. I am about the postive message and this film will make a huge difference in this world. It is remarkable and so I am asking for volunteers whom want to help make a postive change. Does that help? Kind regards, amber castello
