Hi! I'm new to CASA as well, but as you noticed I have been acting for a while. I actually did take the picture myself! Since I got my braces off I hadn't had time for new headshots but I just went to a park, uploaded it to photobucket.com and blurred out the background! It's pretty easy to do. Good luck with your acting! :D

A state film commissioner is kind of like a middle man. We represent the state trying to bring production companies to film in Colorado. We help the productions with permits, finding locations, connecting them with local crew and talent agencies when they need. We help to work with communities to make sure that they are "film friendly" and help facilitate production. We work with both out of state companies and in state company. On our web site we offer an extensive location photo library and other resources for people in the production community. We are also the point of contact for productions looking to access the state film incentive fund.

Hope that helps give you a very brief look at what a film commissioner is.
