Ones and Zeros Pixelshow is starting a new opportunity for filmmakers to show their works/works in progress. The first 45 minutes or so of Hueso de Perro's Grindhouse is curated around a particular theme. Filmmakers who don't have anything that fits the theme can bring a playable DVD and sign up to show their work in the second half, so anyone is able to screen their work at any show. This will work like an open mic, or possibly even workshop, where artists can show an audition tape, promo, or…See More

Hueso de Perro's Grindhouse at Bananelope Coffee

March 3, 2011 from 7pm to 10pm
Hueso de Perro's Grindhouse is back! This time, the luchadore gets schooled with our "Dorks and Delinquents" show of mostly local short films, followed by an "open vid" where anyone with a playable DVD can sign up to show their work. The curated portion is roughly 45 minutes with work by juveniles and immature adults, with live performances by Broomfield High School's imrpov comedy troupe and a surprise musician.See More

Thanks for making The Grind groovy

Thanks for making me a featured member. I was very pleased with the turnout last night; people had to stand and were spilling outside. It couldn't have been a success without all the people who participated. So, thanks Maiz, Gossert, Leslie, Clark, Turse, Stovall, Hueso, Angello, Mad Dog, Schulz, Wombatcast, and everyone else I'm forgetting, for showing up and supporting the other filmmakers there.

Made a lot of connections and laid the groundwork for many future collaborations.
