Hi Everyone,
I'm searching for a generic production release for a project this Monday. Does anyone know of a decent website I can link to for this info?

It is not clear to me what kind of release you are looking for. Location? Name & Likeness? Copyright release?

Darlene, It's fine, I found the release I was looking for. It's the one that gives me the rights to use the video any way I wish.
