Strasberg or Meisner: Naturalistic Vs. Method (Future tips, and topics for actors)

You've all heard them(hopefully) the two great acting coaches Sanford Meisner, and Lee Strasberg. Now of course there are many other great and wonderous techniques out there by other equally awesome coaches, and heck maybe your acting technique works better for you than any of these may have. But I'd like to take this moment and open it up to actors to discuss these two coaches techniques and share if they'd like some of their own opinions. Now if your not aware with either of these great techniques look them up or feel free to comment on this discussion and I'll explain what I can. Now I'm no genius but I'm hoping that this will be a discussion that actors will respond to in order to find a little more enlightenment, and to refine their techniques with new ideas. For those reading this I'm hoping to post a new tip everyday and put it under the acting discussions page. For the tips I post I hope that people will comment and let me know whether or not they agree or disagree. But for today lets look at these two topics I hope people are interested. Also if you'd like me to discuss a certain topic just let me know and I'll work on covering it.

Thanks,

Now I know this is alot like the actors corner, I just want to discuss some different acting topics, and I was hoping many of CASA's quiet members would post about their ideas on this. Remember I'm not giving advice per say just discussing what works for each different person, a chance to grow off of each other I guess is what you could call it.
