Looking for suggestion for boom pole
Got one? A suggestion, that is. Pole and mic holder. Lots on B&H, thought I'd check with the experts before I bought.

Todd, looks like you've already got a lot of good advice here. K-Tek and Gitzo are probably the way to go if you want a pro pole. If you just want something to use occassionally on your own shoots - then price certainly plays a factor - light and long are what you should seek. I know B&H can be overwhelming so I'll offer a couple models (assuming they are still being made):
K-Tek Avalon (Graphite)
Gitzo G7680 (Carbon Fiber)
