Looking for actors and actresses for fan-film mockumentary.

Looking for actors of all types for this production. It is a non-pay project, but if you want experience in this unique style of film, let me know. Filming will be located in both Colorado Springs and Denver. If you can do one town or the other, let me know.

I actually produced and acted in my own Rockumentary/Mockumentary. You can see it on youtube, just type in thevoxmobile. I own the car AND it was supposed to be campy and 60's. If you have any need for me as an actor please let me know. Thanks, Kevin

Oh and I would prefer Denver, but I could also do the Springs if needed.
I would give her a go if you are still looking for some help. I need to know more about time commitments for Denver.
Daniel
Are you still looking for some folks for your mockumentary?
Hi Daniel!
I'm interested in your project. If you're still looking for people, you can email the details to cari.ellin@gmail.com and I can send my headshot and resume from there. I'm particularly interested in film dates, and I'd love some more information on the mockumentary itself. I'd prefer to shoot from Denver but can make myself available in the Springs. Just say the word!
Take care,
Cari
Hey, I'd love some details, either town could work depending on scheduling. Send me an email, we'll chat!
Hi Daniel,

I'd like to find out more about your mockumentry I am around those days....feel free to email me andihauser@hotmail.com.

Kindly!
I am sorry it has taken some time to get back with everyone. It took me a little longer than I thought to secure a location for the Denver auditions. The auditions will be held this Saturday, February 7th in Centennial, CO.

This is a two part project. I will be filming the mockumentary and a short film one after the other. The Mockumentary will be about the history of a haunted house, it's past victims, and it's new victims. The short film will be about the new victims. The short film will be filmed completely on a greenscreen. The background will be totally CGI.

The mockumentary is called Case Unsolved, and the greenscreen short film will be called The Bitter End. The auditions for both parts of the project will be held at the same time. Here is the character breakdown for both projects:
Case Unsolved

Joe Eastman (Male, Late 30’s - Older) – He is the host of this mockumentary. He’s sort of like the style of the host of Dateline or 60 Minutes.

Patrick Clampett (Male, 40 – Older) – He is the historian. He has written a book on the haunted house, and pretty much knows the entire history of the legend.

Anna Provine (Female, 40 - Older) – She is the Chief Editor of the local small town newspaper. She knows more about what has been officially reported on the house.

Rob Devine (Male, 38 - Older) – He is a stage magician. He has studied the history of magic. He has closely studied the life of a magician who disappeared in the house in the 1930’s.

Bill Dumphy (White Male, 60’s – 70’s) – When he was a young boy, he was the town bully. He dared one of his schoolmates to go in the scary house. When the boy never returned, Bill Dumphy has never forgiven himself.

John Morales (Hispanic Male, Early - Late 40’s) – His sister was a television producer. She went to the town to investigate the house and disappeared.

Margaret Collier (White Female, Early - Late 40’s) – Her brother was a television journalist who was one of the few who entered the house and survived, but has never been the same since.

Mary Lynch (White Female, Early - Late 40’s) – Her husband was accused of murder of the missing people in town. She believes that her husband committed the acts.

Maureen Ayers (Female, 40’s – 50’s) – Her ex-husband divorced her after he became wealthy. He remarried a younger woman. He disappeared when he went into the house.

Helen Jones (White Female, Early – Late 40’s) – Her nephew disappeared from the town. He was a troubled young man. She wished she was there for him more.

Brenda Collins (Female, Late Teens) – Her boyfriend had problems and sometimes verbally took them out on her. Her boyfriend disappeared from the town.

Everett Bates (Male, 40’s – Older) – A journalist who has been covering the career of a female Senator, until she disappeared.

Martin Grant (Male, Late 30’s – Older) – A successful poker player who has been trying to help a fellow player and friend who has had financial problems. His friend suddenly vanished with no reason.

Louis Saracco (Italian-American Male, Late 30’s) – His sister was having problems with her abusive husband. Louis helped her escape the situation, but she later disappeared. Louis believes her husband killed her.

The Bitter End

James Laughton (White Male, 40’s – 50’s) - A Texan Millionaire. The kind of guy who wears a black business suit with a white cowboy hat. He is the main manipulator in the story. He'll try anything to achieve his goals.

Amelia Laughton (Female, Mid to Late 30’s) - James Laughton's wife. A young and sexy woman. Her main power is the power of seduction.

Troy Brandt (Male, 18 - 21) - A very young rock musician (skater boy type). At first he appears reserved, but once he realizes what he wants and how to play the game, he becomes very vicious. He acts almost like an attack dog. Very aggressive and very violent.

Susan Fillmyer (Female, 40’s or Older) - A U.S. Senator. A very business oriented woman. She appears very honorable and sturdy in her beliefs, but does have some secrets she doesn’t want revealed.

George Mason (Male, 40’s or Older) - A gambler. He seems very slick and sneaky at first. He later stands up for what is right, but appears very distracted at the beginning if it involves money. He seems to always be thinking and always trying to figure things out.

Diane Boselli (Italian-American Female, Late 30’s) - A former abused girlfriend of a mafia member. She appears very timid and frightened of everything, but like a scared animal, if she feels like she's backed into a corner, she might strike out in desperation.

Let me know which part you would like to try out for. You can try out for multiple parts. The parts for the mockumentary (except the host) will be improv and I will be testing your improv skills. The host of the mockumentary and the greenscreen short will have dialogue. Let me know if you wish to audition for that as well, and I will send you some scripted scenes. Thank you for your patience. If you have any other questions please email me or call me at any time. My phone number is: 719-238-1134
Thank you.
