Hello CASA members, the time has come.

 Right after the first of the year (2011) the admins sent a message to all users asking that you edit your picture content down, to 10 items per user. While we are happy that many of you have done so, to help the CASA community maintain its bandwidth, we are sad to see that many have not. So please edit them, as we must immediately start deleting pictures for you.

 

If you missed the initial message or feel that you were not informed, CONSIDER THIS YOUR NOTICE.

 

The admins will not make artistic decisions about which of your pics to delete, our policy is to delete all but the ten most recent.

 

In order to maintain control of your page content, please do this editing process yourself, as we are starting the process now.

A message will be going out to the membership about this later today, but I thought it would be a good idea to post this here as well as on the photo and video rules.  One of our members kindly pointed out to today that there were never any instructions posted about how to delete a photo.

 

The instructions to do so are here on the Ning help page.  All you need to do is click on the photo (or video) you want to delete.  When that photo (or video) comes up you will see a pull down menu for "options" on the right side.  If you click on that, one of the options is "delete photo (or video)"

 

Currently, Ning has no way to delete multiple photos at once (that I am aware of)
